Install instructions
Download the apk file and go to Cx File Explorer (search up how to get cx file explorer on quest if you don't have it) and go to the downloads folder and click on the icon (the gorilla) and then click install and wait for it to say open but don't press open, instead go to your app library and in the top right click unkown sources and you should see Quiggle Tag, click on it and then your done.
